Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of room reservations, ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience.
- Oversee the front desk team, providing training and support to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are impeccable and guest-ready.
- Analyze occupancy trends and strategize to maximize room revenue.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel room management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing reservations and front office operations.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Own transport is essential.
