Steal Mania, a leading hardware store in Strand, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. We
specialize in providing a wide range of tools, hardware, and steel products to our valued customers. If you are passionate about sales, have experience in
retail, and possess knowledge of tools, hardware, and steel products, we
want to hear from you!
Position: Sales Associate (Internal Sales and Counter Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their
inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are
properly displayed and stocked.
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the tool, hardware, or
steel industry.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle
multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must reside in Strand or nearby areas.
