Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and store policies to customers and visitors.
- Manage appointments and scheduling for meetings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
1. Preferably at least 1 years experience as a receptionist
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Professional appearance and demeanor.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with a calm and composed attitude.
7. Matric or equivalent qualification.
