Job Duties:
To provide professional first line support to clients and sales support. Render client services. Administrate Claims. Advise clients on cancelations. Administrate demutualization process. Office Administration. Fit and Proper Requirements. Documentation and filing procedures.
Requirements:
Matric RE 5 Recognized Qualification as per the FSCA (Advantage) Registration as an Employee Representative (FSCA) CPD COB (Depending on DOFA) 2 Years’ Experience in the Insurance Industry; 1 Year Client Services 1 Years’ experience in: Category A, B, C and retail benefits (Advantage) Clear ITCMust be available to start 1 August 2023.
