Description:
Urgently in need of an experienced Customer Service Administrator towards Modimolle.
Assist clients with general queries, loan applications, policies
Drive business retention
Attend to all incoming calls and walk-ins
Verify claim documents and assist client with completing the forms
Update the claims register
Educate clients about the negative impact of policy cancellations
Inform client of share updates
MUST have:
Matric
No less than 2 years' long term insurance industry experience, of which 1 year should be in client/customer services role
RE 5 - Completed
CPD (Investment, long term insurance)
Valid DOFA
Clear ITC (Credit), Crim and Fraud
Great track record
Strong communication skills
Deadline driven
Problem solving skills
Persuasion and negotiation skills
