Our client is a fruit export company based in Groblersdal and they are seeking a Quality Control Administrator to join their team. Job Description: Maintain crucial producer information to ensure quality standards. Keep all relevant accreditations updated for seamless operations. Ensure the Azzule platform is annually updated for regulatory compliance. Manage Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) and spray records database meticulously. Handle all communication regarding MRLs, spray records, and accreditations with clients promptly. Process Pack House QC reports efficiently to maintain product integrity. Capture and process arrival QC reports with precision and attention to detail. Communicate and forward final QC reports and summaries promptly. Take responsibility for handling Marine insurance claims to safeguard our operations. Requirements: Bring at least 2 years of experience, ideally in the fruit export sector. Possess a natural attention to detail to maintain quality standards. Fluent in both Afrikaans and English for effective communication. Strong computer literacy skills for data management. Prefer to follow due process and protocols diligently. Have a working knowledge of customer and market quality standards. Excel in communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
