Description:
Urgently seeking an individual with knowledge of e-learning platforms, that can design and implement employee development programs. This is a hybrid role towards Sandton, within the mobility unit, for a very well known chemical and energy company.
Successful candidate will be expected to introduce and enhance commercial processes and projects
Expected to conduct training needs analysis
Budget management
Make use of media for the development of training materials for the HR unit
Focus on Managers and Supervisors who are involved with employee development
Conduct post training and development analysis
Perform training audits
Align training material with the company strategy
Must have:
No less than 11 years' relevant experience within training and development
Valid Matric and completed degree
Should be a self-starter, innovative, analytical
Should LOVE the work you are performing, engaging with various stakeholders
Great presentation skills
Able to read your audience
Team player
Business Acumen
Excellent English communication
Clear criminal record
Great track record - reference checks will be conducted
