A Chemical and Energy company based in Sandton is looking for a Commercial Excellence Academy Manager.
Purpose:
To drive commercial and Academy excellence by the design, planning and implementation of commercial processes, projects and initiatives to maximise top and bottom-line results.
Duties:
To undertake continuous improvement in respect to training requirements To maintain a collaborative relationship with 3rd parties and HR training units To design, build and implement an HR training environment To develop and maintain training documentation Conduct training audits Manage HR training related projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field 11 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
