Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide information about lodge facilities, local attractions, and activities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals and maintain lodge cleanliness.
- Handle payments, including processing cash, credit card, and other payment methods accurately.
- Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of local attractions and outdoor activities is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in hospitality is advantageous.
