Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for hospitality and a love for nature? Join our team as a Receptionist and be the welcoming face that sets the tone for our guests' unforgettable experiences amidst serene surroundings. Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide information about lodge facilities, local attractions, and activities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals and maintain lodge cleanliness.
  • Handle payments, including processing cash, credit card, and other payment methods accurately.
  • Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and outdoor activities is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in hospitality is advantageous.
