Job title: Key Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in client management within the marketing, advertising, or branding industry. However, we are open to considering recent graduates who possess suitable qualifications and demonstrate a strong cultural fit.
As an integral part of our team, this candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, managing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of branding solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to develop and execute effective branding campaigns and projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on industry trends, market insights, and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to provide innovative solutions to client challenges.
- Experience working with branding, advertising, or marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently
Location: Stellenbosch Based Studio
Starting date: June 2024
Salary: R15 000-R25 000 CTC per month depending on experience.
