Creating and enforcing quality assurance policies to meet ISO9001-2015 standards
Regularly inspecting production processes and products to find any issues
Working with other supervisors and engineers to fix quality problems
Using data to see how well we're doing and where we can improve
Dealing with customer complaints and making sure they don't happen again
Keeping all the paperwork needed to prove we're doing a good job
Making sure our testing equipment is accurate
Encouraging everyone to care about quality and get better
Teaching other supervisors about quality stuff
Skills & Experience:
Five years of prior experience in overseeing quality control in production
Thorough understanding of quality management systems like ISO9001-2015 and related methodologies
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively
Good communication skills and capable leadership qualities
Keen attention to detail and dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards
Adept at working in a fast-paced, team-centered atmosphere
Readiness to adjust to shifting priorities and tackle challenges within a manufacturing environment
Qualification:
Matric
ISO9001-2015 training completed
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
