Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administration of customer orders
  • Loading and amending orders on Oracle, WMS and our CMS sales and enquiry tracking pipeline
  • Handling specific customer orders and guiding product choices based on KVI’s
  • Liaison between Stores and Suppliers concerning stock queries and customer orders
  • Follow up on outstanding orders and attend to direct delivery queries working closely with the DC
  • Attend to customer and internet queries and corporate orders received via our automated CMS system
  • General administration required by the Corporate Sales Coordinators

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Matric is essential
  • A relevant tertiary qualification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – required
  • Working knowledge of CMS – advantage
  • Meticulous with a strong numerical ability
  • An orderly and well thought out work approach
  • Confident and professional with strong interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred
