Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Effectively manage the client relationships and track sales progress using CRM.
Lead prospecting efforts through networking, cold calling, and identifying new business opportunities.
Innovate and think creatively to provide solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Continuously seek opportunities for business development and growth within the organisation
Minimum Requirements and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or relevant post-graduate qualification.
5 to 10 years of sales experience
Exposure to 3/4 PL and/or Freight Forwarding Industry.
Strong understanding of sales and business development
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
