Description:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer for a flexible resources assignment. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure operational quality and reliability of applications, implementing best practices in DevOps methodologies. Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Team Lead, Stakeholders, IT PO, and Team regarding Operational topics.
- Ensure needs-based operating processes within agreed quality standards.
- Ensure operability and operational quality of applications throughout the lifecycle.
- Implement tasks and content of the process IT Operations (IT.03 Monitor and Operate IT Product).
- Control release and change management of applications.
- Implement technical lifecycle management measures and security measures.
- Drive measures to improve operational quality.
- Support product owner with operational issues and prioritize operational scopes.
- Decide operational issues within planned resources for assigned systems and applications.
- Support AWM Processes "Deliver & Operate IT Technology" and "Manage IT Governance."
- Control measurement and communication of operation KPIs and define necessary improvement measures.
- Support LRE in post-mortem handling of major and critical incidents.
- Support ITSCM tasks (e.g., IT emergency exercises) and tasks in manage availability.
- AWS Cloud experience.
- PAAS and IAS knowledge.
- Experience in architecting and developing solutions for scalable, distributed systems.
- Security of AWS services, securing design of VPC architectures.
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Databases/SQL (PostgreSQL advantageous).
- Docker/Kubernetes (AWS/Azure advantageous).
- Code versioning (Git).
- Jenkins, DevOps, Argo CD, GitHub Actions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, Kibana, Grafana, Terraform, Ansible, Heartbeat.
- Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Confluence/Jira.
- Diploma/degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps infrastructure role.
