Description:
We are seeking an Advanced DevOps Engineer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and developing solutions for scalable, distributed systems, with a focus on AWS Cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Team Lead, Stakeholders, IT PO, and Team regarding operational topics.
- Ensure the operability and operational quality of applications over their entire life cycle.
- Implement tasks and content related to IT Operations processes.
- Control overall release and change management of applications.
- Implement technical lifecycle management measures and security measures for assigned applications.
- Prioritize operational scopes and tasks for applications.
- Support product owner with operational issues and backlog prioritization.
- Drive AWM Processes "Deliver & Operate IT Technology" and "Manage IT Governance."
- Measure and communicate operational KPIs, defining necessary improvement measures.
- Support post-mortem handling of major and critical incidents.
- Assist with ITSCM tasks and manage availability.
- Experience in architecting and developing solutions for scalable, distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AWS Cloud, including PAAS, IAS, and security services.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, code versioning (Git), and Jenkins.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Argo CD and GitHub Actions.
- Diploma/Degree in business/IT environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps infrastructure role.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, Kibana, Grafana, Terraform, Ansible, and Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with Confluence/Jira.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and providers (Azure, AWS).
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Agile mindset with knowledge of agile principles.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
