Description:
The main role of the digital copywriter is to write and manage ad copy for search advertising campaigns. To a lesser extent the writing of ad copy is also done for social media advertising platforms like Facebook and Twitter.They ensure that ad copy conforms to the editorial guidelines of the relevant platform and format, and that it serves the objectives of, and conforms to, the client brief and/or instructions given by the Campaign Manager. The Digital Copywriter strives to ensure that ad copy is free of errors, connects with the target audience, and represents our clients in the best possible light.
Place withing the organisation
Works closely with internal country consultants on strategic digital ad copy
Closely interacts with international Account Management teams as well as in country Management
REQUIREMENTS
Essential requirements:
Fluency in spoken and written English
An appreciation for the subtle shades of meaning in words, and why word choice is critical
A pedantic approach to spelling, punctuation and grammar
Basic MS Excel experience required, but the more, the better
Ability to work with large volumes of data
