Generate ideas, develop concepts and campaigns based on client briefs.
Conceptualise, storyboard and present ideas both internally and to clients.
Maintain high standards of execution and attention to detail.
The ability to brief, guide and inspire younger team members.
Creatively lead both large scale integrated projects as well as ongoing daily projects.
Be in the know: you should always be aware of the latest consumer and digital trends.
Collaborating well with your team and other departments is a given.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum three years of experience in an ad agency environment.
Experience conceptualising and executing integrated through-the-line campaigns.
A passion for ideas that truly connect with people.
A kick-ass portfolio of your work as a team.
Relevant degree or diploma.
