Description:

Work for a company that are storytellers with a knack for technology. They are looking for a competent Sales Account Executive to prospect for new business sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective B2B clients
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Build a quality sales pipeline by generating leads and qualifying prospective clients
Achieve agreed upon monthly sales targets
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client needs
Act as the point of contact for clients
Organise regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
Identify new potential customers
Ensure budget and time requirements are met
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practice
Monitor and report on personal sales performance against set financial targets
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
Provide professional after-sales support to maximise customer loyalty
Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Work closely with your clients to build strategies and achieve the client’s goals
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager / Executive
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Detail knowledge of B2B solution sale practises (compile a solution from the customer’s perspective)
Exposure to the technology environment and specifically the digital solution space
Exposure to media and digital marketing space
Hands-on experience with customer service
An ability to gasp clients needs and to find solutions
Solid knowledge MS Office
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and time-management skills
