Job Overview:

You will be a part of our sales teams, meaning that you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who call in for help with their equipment.

You will represent and promote this well-known household brand, making their customers aware of the range of products and protection plans they can purchase, for added peace of mind.

You will be making calls to our warm customer base, who will benefit from your expert guidance to purchase products that best suit their needs.

The team is a lively, energetic, fun sales driven environment, focused on delivering great sales performance through excellent customer service. You can expect plenty of support through coaching and personal development, along with engaging sales focused incentives & initiatives.

The working hours are:

  • 10h00 – 20h00
  • 11h00 - 21h00
  • 12h00 – 22h00
  • 3 shifts – rotational inclusive of weekends


Job Responsibilities:

  • We book repairs for cm.
  • add new appliances to the plan.
  • cancel a plan if cm no longer has the appliance/if it's Dual Cover.
  • renew lapsed plans within 30 days If fixed term only, requote if system not allowing renewal after 30 days of renewal due date.
  • Deescalate cm complaints and if there is detriment caused towards cm (financial/ material inconvenience/ Material Distress) we can then log a complaint, If there's
    one open and cm has not been contacted in 5 days or more, we can provide them with the complaints External contact Number.
  • Provide great cm experience as the first line of contact in the whole company.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Excellent soft skills
  • Sales Ability (strong skill set in objection handling, building rapport, needs analysis, fact finding)
  • Customer centricity
  • Attention to detail, so the conversation is correctly captured and actioned.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Call etiquette

Experience Required:

  • Grade 12 or a relevant equivalent qualification
  • Min 12 months outbound/ Inbound sales experience (UK international)
