The Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Practitioner for a 12-month fixed term contract for our client in Mpumalanga.

We are looking for 3 to 5 years of work experience as an HR Practitioner, working with TES and Labour Broker Employees on Projects for the BU.

Â

We require your extensive knowledge of the SAP HR Systems and audit procedures.

Â

Will be responsible for the following:
Support to all Contractors on the project by facilitating the contractor recruitment process
Reporting weekly and monthly local labour stats
Onboarding reporting and general HR matters

National Diploma in Human Resources Management
BTech in Human Resources Management

Skills and Experience:
Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Â Â Â Â Â
Do quality checks on documentation
Ensure data is captured accurately
Ensure availability of information for client feedback and reporting purposes
Ensure that all relevant information is available for capturing
Execute responsibilities in a manner that is in accordance to guidelines and standards associated with Human Resources (HR) services within Business Unit (BU) = Projects ER strategy and Recruitment procedure
Comply with HR metrics, standards and guidelines
Ensure contractor compliance to applicable policies, processes, procedures and applicable statutory laws and regulations
Address discrepancies/unlawful practices by reporting it to the manager
Apply ethical principles in the practice and processing of HR relevant data
Understand the key business drivers of the business unit, Project team Contractors and the
interrelationships between other functions
Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers
Attend to customer requests, complaints, needs and challenges
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure problems have been resolved
Implement a customer-centric approach and consistently deliver quality
HR services
Link up with business partners to ensure that the HR value chain
Facilitate the Employee Assistant Programme (EAP) referral process (?) Incl. in comms)
Generate and complete Quality Assurance (QA) management reports and recommendations on trend analysis
Responsible for quality of SAP HR master data
Distribute information, control and change documents
Prepare and complete management reports and analysis
Maintain and ensure a healthy environment and safe operations practices
Ensure compliance with all applicable Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies and procedures in line with set standards
Encourage a culture that focuses on safety in all operations
