Are you a seasoned finance professional within the Property space? Do you have at least 3 years of experience as an Accountant within Property? Are you in the market looking to make a bold career move to further develop your accounting skills? My client based in the East Rand is urgently looking for a Property Accountant to join their finance team. Qualification and Experience:- BCom degree
- CIMA complete OR studying towards (advantageous)
- 3 years of Accounting experience in Property (non-negotiable)
- Advanced Excel
- SAP
- Sound ERP systems knowledge particularly within Property
- Operationally strong
- Property Owner Associations
- Service providing
- Have a commercial mindset
- Work closely with the operations team
- Budgeting
- Variances
- Monitor repairs and maintenance of buildings
