Dealership Service Manager - Johannesburg SouthOur client is looking for a experienced Service Manager to successfully run their Service Department, to ensure ongoing profitability.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years Service Manager experience (Medium to Large Workshop) in a Franchise Dealership
Strong technical skills
Excellent people skills and customer care experience
Handle pressure
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop and motivate staff
Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department

Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
Customer care
Ability to motivate the service department effectively and positively
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
