Fresh Department Manager - RustenburgFresh Department ManagerKey Requirements:o Must have thorough understanding of managing the Fruit and Veg / Butchery / Fresh departments.o Vast knowledge of rotation of stock on shelves and fresh replenishment techniques to ensure that the customers get the best product availableo Must also be fully aware and understanding the needs of retail and the demands of the supply chain of fresh fruit and vegetables. Including the demands of the fresh meat and replenishments.o Must understand the industry we operate in and the level of our customers.o Added advantage would be to have in depth understanding of the market where we buy and other suppliers that are available to purchase fresh veg from.Main Attributes:o Focused, driven and dedicatedo Committed to be part of the management team with driven focus and disciplines.o A no chancer type of person.o Must be able to start asap and willing to work late hours and also on weekends.Must have reliable transport to get to work.
