Description:

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our sales team and coordinate various marketing activities

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Diary management for senior sales team.
  • Flight and accommodation bookings.
  • Arrange the distribution of samples to agents and customers.
  • Arrange Merchandising Equipment and Point of Sale for promotional activities.
  • Support in coordinating with external marketing companies for promotional activities and events.
  • Plan and organise customer planning meetings and marketing events.
  • Provide digital images of products to sales team when required.
  • Receive, list, and prioritise customer complaints – (via social media, telephone, ERP, etc.)
  • Update product libraries and catalogues (SKU Works/ Silo Library) - providing digital images as and when required.
  • Arrange courier delivery for promotional and other sample items.
  • Coordinate donations and sponsorship requests.
  • Maintain schedules developed by the Sales Reporting Analyst.

  • Sales Support: 2 to 3 years
  • Administration Skills: 2 to 3 years
  • Marketing Liaison: 2 to 3 years
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field or studying towards these qualifications.
  2. Proven experience (1-3 years) in a sales support or marketing administration role.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
