Key Responsibilities:
✅ Implement effective collection strategies and negotiate payment arrangements.
✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with industry regulations.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless debt recovery process.
✅ Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
Preferred Qualifications, but not a deal breaker:
Previous experience in debt collection, preferably within debt review or credit collections.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Empathy and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
