Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Administrator at Moksa Electrical Wholesalers located in Durban. As a Tender Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the tender process, including preparing and submitting tender/RFQ documents, coordinating with internal departments, and liaising with suppliers and customers from start to finish. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and assisting with contract management.
Qualifications
- Experience in tender administration and contract management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
