Description:
Minimum Requirements:Matric
Course in a mechanical/technical field will be advantageous
Previous experience in a motor vehicle/ motorcycle technical service or workshop environment
Knowledge of SAP or similar financial systems

The Job:
Process job cards
Prepare service documentation
Present service documentation to client
Liaise and provide feedback during service and provide updates on progress/status of service
Provide support to Management and Technicians on parts ordering, parts availability, job card enquiries, general administrative support
Render general Workshop assistance
Perform SAP system entries
Handle warranty claim enquiries and awareness
Keep updated on parts stock
