Business Case is developed and approved.
Clearly defined scope for the project is documented and approved.
Project implementation approach is defined and accepted by Business.
RFP scoping document and technical evaluation is compiled and approved.

Systems engineering and analysis skills
Verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
