Description:
The primary purpose is to provide effective support to ensure the order fulfilment activities for the customer website are carried out to ensure the ultimate customer experience.The IT functional analyst will be responsible for daily order management by working with the order management system, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, as well as requirements analysis, solution mapping, testing, and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Key responsibilities:
Order related query management
Responsible for technical cases with Wolfpack and Salesforce Support
Troubleshoot, and resolve any reported problems relating to the Ecommerce website and the fulfilment of orders to customers
Management of user accounts
System Integration and Monitoring
Monitor the processing of orders between Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Wolfpack (ORP), the Warehouse Management System and other interrelated systems
Work closely with integration team to ensure order processing is seamless
Testing
Responsible for the definition and execution of test plans and procedures, to ensure the successful implementation of system changes
Solution Documentation and Reporting
Identify and document system deficiencies and recommended solutions
Adhoc Reporting
Applies AGILE project methodology consistently to projects
Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric
Tertiary qualification in Information systems or Computer Programming is essential
Salesforce Certification will be highly advantageous
2 – 3 Years experience in a Technology Solution Delivery Environment
A minimum of 2 years experience using e-Commerce platforms preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud is essential
Previous Experience with JSON and XML technologies
Candidates with previous Experience working in system implementation projects will be given preference
Previous experience in a retail environment will be highly advantageous
