Description:
To provide a specialist IR service to maintain good relations between the employee, management and the representative union; improving employee morale and minimising risk of collective conflict, disputes and industrial action that may impact on the operational requirements of the Company.
The IR Manager should provide effective guidance and support to managers in respect of all employee relations matters.
Organogram Superior 2nd Level: HR Manager
Education & Experience (minimum requirements to perform the job):
School : Grade 12 Post School :
HR or IR Management Diploma (or any related tertiary qualification)
Job Related :
Valid Unendorsed Code EB Drivers License (previously Code 08)
Own reliable vehicle will be required to travel to sites
Advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office)
South African languages (English, Sotho, Zulu, Tsonga, etc.)
Approximately 5 years in HR and/or IR managerial capacity
Dispute resolutions with extensive exposure and experience in CCMA employer representation
