Description:
Administer a portfolio of funds
KPA/KEY OUTPUTS
Full admin responsibility for a portfolio/Assist the team and workflow management/Monthly update reconciliations and year-end reports
Processing Death, Disability Claims, Retirements, cheque releasing, Benefit statements/Dealing with client queries and attend meetings
To oversee administration queries
Experience in claims and contributions essential
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Matriculation and/or equivalent qualification, Certificate of Proficiency in Retirement Funds (COP)
3 - 5 years experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of Employee Benefits
Computer Literacy - Advanced Office
Good Understanding of Administration systems (Everest would be an advantage).
