Exciting CAD Operator opportunity available with a Storage Systems Engineering Company based in Johannesburg! Requirements: * Matric * Relevant experience as a CAD Operator or similar * Autocad experience * Projects and SAP experience Responsibilities: * Creating, modifying, and releasing detailed layouts, technical drawings with computer CAD systems * Communicate with Project Managers; Sales Representatives, in order to create and revise drawings in accordance with customer specifications * Generating drawings to show racking and mezzanine flooring for costing and installation * Ensure that setting out of staircases and mezzanine floors comply with National Building Standards * Perform occasional site visits to obtain necessary specifications, including obtaining photographs * Print, copy, and organize CAD drawings as required * Any other supporting duties or duties designated to you by Management * SAP Administration of Company’s System * Ensuring employee details are kept relevant to permissions * Creating Bill of Materials – BOM’s * Stock movement analysis * Project Management from drawing to completion * Ensuring the correct stock for projects has been requested, purchased, received and dispatched * Liaison between Sales Representatives, Customers, suppliers and Installers * If you haven’t heard back from us in 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
