Job Description
A successful incumbent will be responsible for:
Supporting Branch Managers with day-to-day store operation
Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Evaluating branched and individual performances through KPI measurements
Reporting on regional sales results
Forecasting quarterly and annual profits for the region
Identifying hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
Preparing and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyzing regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Addressing potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Participating in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggesting new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Maximizing growth potential of stores within the region
Ensuring that stores comply with industry regulations
Collecting customer feedback as well as market research
Qualifications
Matric or any other qualification in Sales/Marketing
Skills
5 to 10 years'''' proven experience in sales management
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
CRM system (preferably Syspro)
