Once you start your journey with UDM International, you will enter a training programme - to teach you all the tricks of the trade.
Training Details:
- Weekly targets.
- Uncapped Comm, no clawbacks, no cold calling.
- Gautrain Reimbursement (R87.00 Per day).
- R2000 basic per week, R160 per sale made. R500 bonus on 100% of target per week.
- Average Salaries: R2 500 – R7 000 (per week)
Working hours:
Monday – Thursday: 07h30 – 15h30
Friday: 07h30 – 14h30
Once you have successfully completed your training programme, you will qualify for your permanency.
Permanency Details:
- Monthly targets.
- Uncapped Comm, no clawbacks, no cold calling.
- Gautrain Reimbursement (R87.00 Per day).
- Average Salaries – R27 000 (monthly).
- Up to 50% medical aid reimbursement.
- 100% Fund cover.
- Access to on-site gym, coffee shop and car wash
