Role Description Our Corporate Travel client is seeking a Second Line Support technician to join our team in Johannesburg. This is a full-time on-site role in which the technician will provide technical support to users, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and escalate complex issues to third-line support and/or vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining in-house applications, software, and operating systems, as well as ensuring the security and integrity of all IT systems. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical support role Windows OS, Active Directory, and remote desktop support very impotent! Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills Experience with MySQL knowledge is mandatory. Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Strong attention to detail, as well as organizational and time management skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Database Management, and Network Infrastructure is preferred Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
