We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as on-the-road sales representatives, responsible for demonstrating our Waxt.io CRM to car wash operations in and around Johannesburg.Responsibilities:Conduct on-site demonstrations of the Waxt.io CRM/ERP platform to carwash operations in the Johannesburg area.Drive sales by effectively communicating the features and benefits of Waxt.io to potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with carwash owners and detailers, serving as the primary point of contact for their CRM needs.Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the Waxt.io platform.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.Ambulatory and willing to travel extensively within the Johannesburg area.Possess a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Knowledge of the car wash industry is a plus.Benefits:Competitive basic salary.Generous commission structure – 15% commission on each account per month.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Comprehensive training and support.Flexible working hours.If you are passionate about sales, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are eager to make a significant impact in the car wash industry, we want to hear from you!
