Assigning direct costs to all clientsDistributing revenue to relevant clients Evaluating cost allocations and refining calculation methods, striving for continuous improvement Performing reasonability tests on costing reports Compiling a comprehensive report containing costs and principal revenue for managerial reviewCompliance Generating financial statements for audit purposes, including relevant statutory reports Providing assistance with audit requirements Supporting the annual preparation and completion of the NCA report Coordinating the preparation process for external auditors' audit schedulesBudgeting and Forecasting Consolidating direct and indirect expenses into the forecast model Aiding in the overall consolidation of revenue and cost inputs into the model Collaborating with Departmental Heads to formulate and compile budgets and forecasts Investigating discrepancies between actuals and budgeted amounts Coordinating the upload of forecast data into Qlik, including monthly balancing checks Assisting with monthly consolidation of dataReporting Consolidating departmental information to allocate revenue and costs efficiently Preparing tax and deferred tax computations, along with monthly accounting journals Compiling tax returns and PAYE submissions Preparing monthly IFRS 16 journals and related reconciliations Compiling NAV tests as needed Generating ad hoc reports as required Grade 12 BCom Degree with specialisation in FinanceChartered Accountant (SA) (preferable)Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages i.e. Excel
