Minimum requirements: Grade 12/Matric5 years experience in debt collection as a team leaderAbility to work in a teamProper time management and ability to work under pressure and preparedness to work overtime, when requiredAble to work and thrive in a high-stress and fast paced environmentEncumbant must have experience within government sector for debt collection, added advantage - experience with municipalitiesCore Responsibilities:To analyze unsatisfactory items and implement action plansEnsure all deadlines are metAnalyse and document for quality assuranceTo work closely with the supervisor to ensure the collection team have sufficient phone coverage in relation to requests for leave and any schedule changesMeet and exceed all targetsConduct telephone monitoring and dialer couching sessions to ensure efficient collectionsEnsure all policies are adhered toEnsure that reports to clients are produced in a concise and accurate formatReview delinquent accounts and develop strategies to ensure successful collectionsPersonal Attributes & Skills Requirements:Good communication skills (written & verbal), attention to details and good interpersonal relationsAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to motivate and manage consultantsGood planning and organizational skillsConsultant: Glicinda Du Plessis - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
