Recruiting Sales Manager, with outstanding leadership skills and who enjoys to develop their team.

  1. Recruit, develop brokers and sales reps
  2. Set team targets
  3. Put together sales and marketing plans
  4. Draft a strategic plan and communicate it to the team
  5. Conduct on the job assessments
  6. Maintain relationships with Brokers, ensure they have all the necessary equipment to complete their job
  7. Market mining
  8. Stop order negotiations
  9. Stakeholder liaison
  10. Ensure team reaches production targets
  11. Business retention
  12. Supervise team
  13. Submission of supervision evidence

    Must have (not neg)

  14. Matric
Relevant qualification RE 1 and RE 5 Class of Business certificates (Long term insurance, investments, pension fund) CPD certificates No less than 2 years' long term insurance industry exposure as well as project management experience No less than 1 year oversight and management experience Clear criminal record, clear ITC, clear fraud Excellent track record Contactable references
