In need of an experienced Cost and Invoice Administrator to work on a 18-month gas project in Sandton.
Drive the compliance of invoices in accordance to Mozambique laws
Data verification
Stakeholder engagement
Invoice processing
Ensure accurate PO's are in place
Vendor liaison
Governance and risk management
Relationship management - regular liaison with customer
Participate in meetings
Non-negotiables:
Must have a Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification
No less than 2 years' costing and invoice administration experience, preferably from oil, gas, energy, chemical sector
Must have SAP experience
Project experience
Deadline driven
Attention to detail
Analytical
Problem solver
