Minimum requirements:

  • Human Resources Degree or National Diploma
  • Honours in Human Resources
  • 7 years Generalist Human Resources experience
  • 5 years Supervisory/Managerial experience
  • 5 years proven track record of Industrial Relations
  • Knowledge and application of Performance Management Systems
  • Knowledge of HR Legislation & Governance
  • Knowledge of HR Information Systems (e.g. Oracle)
  • Management skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Communication skills (Written, Verbal & Presentation)
  • Analytical skills
  • Conceptual skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid driver's licence
