Description:
Minimum requirements:
- Human Resources Degree or National Diploma
- Honours in Human Resources
- 7 years Generalist Human Resources experience
- 5 years Supervisory/Managerial experience
- 5 years proven track record of Industrial Relations
- Knowledge and application of Performance Management Systems
- Knowledge of HR Legislation & Governance
- Knowledge of HR Information Systems (e.g. Oracle)
- Management skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills (Written, Verbal & Presentation)
- Analytical skills
- Conceptual skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver's licence
