Acting as the first point of contact Dealing with correspondence and phone calls Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments Often controlling access to the manager/executive. booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation Organising events and conferences

Skills:

Organization and Time Management Written and Verbal Communication Accuracy and Attention to Detail Knowledge of Relevant Software Tact and Discretion Administrative Skills Communications Skills

Qualifications:

Matric Certificate Administrative diploma
