Description:
- Employee attendance management.
- Accurate processing of weekly and monthly salaries (including weekly labour cost reconciliations.)
- Responsible for handling disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Compile company policies and regulations.
- Organize team building and other events as required.
- Oversee vehicle management.
- Printer management: Maintenance.
- Management of office stationery.
- Board room and visitor management.
- Manage and monitor office cleanliness and presentation.
- Payment of rental and facilities expenses on ERP system.
- Contribute to the development of governance and policies that will aid the growth of the business.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric). BCom in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Chinese incumbent required to effectively liaise with holding company in China.
