Description:
We are looking for a logical, strategic thinking, mature individual to join our client (Glass Recycling) in Bryanston as a National Business Development Manager.
Responsible for managing 2 Regional Heads of Business development
Grow a profitable portfolio - FMCG clients
Travel to clients nationally, within township areas
Meet glass collection targets, ERP targets
Stakeholder liaison
Relationship management
New business
Client retention
Conduct proper analysis
Draft accurate reports
Keep abreast of market trends
Present to stakeholders
Give insight to functional areas of the business
Work with the CEO on the strategic and business planning processes
Draft and implement strategies to drive post-consumer glass recoveries
Asset control and management
Must have:
Own reliable vehicle
Matric
Post-graduate business qualification OR relevant degree
10 years' business development and sales working experience, of which 5 years' would be Senior Manager level (glass recycling / fmcg)
Must have a portfolio / record of career achievements to share (ability to have grow a profitable portfolio)
Have proper documentation in place (payslips, commission earnings)
