Description:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a payroll function responsible for all aspects of payroll, including:

  • Sage payroll experience
  • Onboarding employees
  • Processing weekly wage payrolls
  • Processing monthly payrolls
  • Processing of all relevant monthly taxes and deductions, reconciliations, and appropriate submissions
  • Payroll annual submissions
  • EE annual submissions
  • Issuing employee contracts
  • Processing leave and payroll adjustments/deductions
  • Reconciliation of appropriate accounting transactions
  • Can manage payroll of around 250 people across multiple companies

    Aptitude: Must have a high level of integrity, meticulous and accurate in carrying out their work, must be a team player and able to work with urgency when required. Must be excellent at achieving deadlines.

    Skills: Advanced Excel, Sage Payroll, Intermediate Word, Previous knowledge of accounting systems
