Requirements:
Min 2 years previous experience in the same or similar position within a 4 / 5 * hotel or upmarket establishment Relevant pastry & A la Carte experience in an upmarket restaurant or hotel Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty Managing and training any Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis working with you Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health & safety Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain the profit margins Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as lead Work in a pressurized environment Ability to multitask Must be able to work shifts Own reliable transport Please forward your cv in MS Word format and include a recent profile photo with contactable references.
