1. General Computer Literacy
2. Microsoft Office – MS Word, MS Excel
3. UML Documentation
   1. Use Case Diagrams
   2. Activity Diagrams
   3. Automated Testing Software
      1. Selenium WebDriver using Java

         An understanding of the following will be of advantage:

         1. Java
         2. Relational Databases
         3. HTML
         4. JavaScript
         5. CSS
