Our client offers executive and luxury accommodation for both local and international guests. You will be required to provide guests with a professional approach, providing a customer-centric service from check-in to check-out.
The ideal candidate should have experience working within a small Guest House, managing all administrative requirements, breakfasts and transportation.
Please note this is a live-in position.
Minimum Requirements:
Proficient in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication skills.
Professional demeanour with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
Strong listening skills and the ability to be sensitive, understanding, and responsive to guest needs.
Calm, patient, and capable of managing stressful situations gracefully.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Comfortable working hospitality hours.
Duties:
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process.
Respond to additional guest requests such as booking airport shuttles, arranging transportation, and providing access codes.
Prepare and serve light breakfasts, coffees, and other beverages to guests.
Maintain a high level of customer service and care throughout all guest interactions.
Handle all guest communications including emails and messages via WhatsApp and Instagram.
