Our client is an intelligent solutions company with strong, industry-specific expertise and core capabilities in data management, GIS, analytics and software development.

They are looking for an experienced Solutions Salesperson to join their dynamic team in Centurion, Gauteng. 

Your role as a Senior Solutions Salesperson will include the following;

Driving New Business and Retaining Clients:

  • Exceeding individual targets by achieving revenue, margin, and cost objectives.
  • Prospecting and cultivating relationships with new
  • customers, while ensuring the retention of existing
  • customers through great service and responding to changing needs
  • Collaborating with team members to collectively achieve team targets, leveraging your unique strengths.
  • Becoming an expert in our wide range of products and services, enabling you to create compelling proposals that resonate with clients.
  • Tailoring our solutions to address client priorities and specific needs, leveraging your deep understanding of our capabilities.
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Utilizing templates to efficiently handle contract negotiations.
  • Completing sales administration tasks and supporting other
  • duties as assigned by the organization.

Delivering Exceptional Client Service:

  • Conducting engaging product demonstrations and
    introductions for prospective clients.
  • Upholding a high standard of customer service, taking
    ownership and representation of the client's experience.
  • Providing ongoing support for client-specific solutions,
    ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Actively participating in relevant training sessions and
    seminars to enhance your expertise within the service
    areas.
  • Representing Lightstone at client functions, fostering strong
    relationships and networking opportunities.

Experience:

  • You should have 5+ years sales experience with a strong ability to determine what customers need.
  • Demonstrable experience in problem-solving and solutions selling is critical – simple and complex ways of solving a new problem.
  • You should also have experience and high level of maturity in dealing with people at different seniority levels.
